BOOKING SERVICE
We monetize your home, using the main international rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway, Uniplace, Tripadvisor), responding to all booking requests, and managing your schedule ensuring a high occupancy rate.
CHECK-IN E CHECK-OUT
We guarantee a welcome service at any time, 7 days / week. A welcome pack is included with some pampering for our guests. We leave a guide with the presentation of the house and indications about the surrounding area (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cultural attractions, etc.)
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
We clean and maintain your home with the presision. We offer a laundry service to better serve and give comfort to our guests.
We replaced bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 days.
DECORATION CONSULTING
We support decoration and purchase of furniture. For those who don’t have time, we support the remodeling, decoration and assembly of all the furniture.

REPORTS AND ANALYSIS
We prepare monthly performance reports and analysis of the occupancy rate so that you can keep track of the revenue generated by your space.
PAYMENT
Payment for all stays is always done on a regular basis, since you receive the full billing through the platforms. Our commission is charged at the end of each month.
LEGAL CONSULTANCY
We offer legal advice on the activity of short term rental, and we give support in obtaining the license of short term rental (includes book of complaints, security and AL license), registration and communication in the SEF, sending the data of the Hosts to the municipal councils and in everything which is inherent to this area.
PROFISSIONAL PHOTOS
The importance of having professional photographs increases the profitability of your property to have more views.
